What is
Close-out product?
Frezzi close-out or
"clearance" items are new, unopened
products that are discounted because they are being discontinued or replaced
by new models. Close-out
items carry a full one year warranty from the date of purchase (NiCd
batteries come with their original Frezzi 2 year warranty)
What is B-Stock product?
B-Stock products
are customer returns and trade show items which have been completely
restored to their original factory specifications. They are fully
tested and inspected by Frezzi factory technicians.
B-Stock equipment may have slight cosmetic blemishes or scratches, but are
fully functional.
B-Stock items carry a 90 day warranty.
What kind of warranty do I get?
B-Stock
Products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering parts and labor.
Clearance products carry their original factory 1-year
warranty.
What is the return policy?
All
clearance and B-Stock products come with a
30-day return policy and 20% restocking fee. Stocking fee
may be waived for exchanges or Frezzi credit.
